My passion for pastry & baking begun at a very young age. I had my first baking experience at a community centre's baking class where I baked a Christmas log cake, and I was so excited to share it with my family and friends.

From graduating at Shatec with a diploma, to working in pastry kitchens such as Central Kitchen, Bakeries & Hotels, and now ABC Cooking Studio as a full-time instructor. I have gained many experiences throughout my pastry & baking journey.

My interest in baking started with Betty Crocker's cake mixes. Since then it grew into a burning desire to chart my career in baking. Eager to learn more, I went to attend culinary schools in Singapore and New York to learn the baking skills. Now baking is part of my life and I am baking with my own recipes too!
