I graduated from Taiwan University in Baking and Hospitality Management. My love for culinary grew from my childhood. One of the fondest childhood memories is helping my mum make Chinese Hokkien dishes like Ngoh Hiang for Lunar New Year celebrations. Since then my love and passion for the culinary started.

Food is very important in our life. "We are what we eat!" I believe good foods and healthy foods can bring the happiness to our life.

For leisure, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends over a meal. As an instructor, I hope to impart my love for cooking to everyone I meet.

I am Anthony, I had 9 years of experience in the patisserie creation industry.

Achievement: Achieved the Master Pastry Chef and Culinary Educator badge and title certified by C&G and WorldChefs located in U.K & France.

Recent activities: Won multiple pastry making competition awards in FHM 2022 & GCCM 2022.

I am constantly working towards mastering my craft and learning from my peers. Nothing gives me more satisfaction and joy than when people are in awe with the product I produced or the knowledge I shared with them.

I love watching stand up comedies and binge-watching dramas. Nothing beats watching a good show with food and booze. Long walks at the park are a good pastime and also to reduce the guilt of eating too much.

I studied pastry and bakery arts and had worked in various pastry kitchens for more than 6 years.
