I graduated from Taiwan University in Baking and Hospitality Management. My love for culinary grew from my childhood. One of the fondest childhood memories is helping my mum make Chinese Hokkien dishes like Ngoh Hiang for Lunar New Year celebrations. Since then my love and passion for the culinary started.

Food is very important in our life. "We are what we eat!" I believe good foods and healthy foods can bring the happiness to our life.

For leisure, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends over a meal. As an instructor, I hope to impart my love for cooking to everyone I meet.

During my free time, I like to go cafe-hoping as deriving from my previous experience as a barista (not only pursuing for great cuppa but also scrumptious dish). I dream to travel around and visit my idol cafe.

I love everything about food and nature - they’ve taught me so much about life and how to enjoy it. For instance, isn’t it amazing how we give life to bread and in return, it gives us life in the form of sustenance and joy?

A well-made pastry is an honest and personal work where one should be grateful to enjoy.

My other source of joy is traveling and exploring beautiful cities and sights of other countries as well as searching for delicious pastry which delights the heart and feeds the soul.

I also do abstract acrylic painting where inspiration is drawn from floral and nature.

My interest in baking started with Betty Crocker's cake mixes. Since then it grew into a burning desire to chart my career in baking. Eager to learn more, I went to attend culinary schools in Singapore and New York to learn the baking skills. Now baking is part of my life and I am baking with my own recipes too! From a simple baking out from a box, it has transformed into a professional career for me.

I came from a foreign land. I choose to go on an adventure away from home. This adventure led me to many different experiences that I hold dearly.

My daily life revolves around keeping things simple and appreciating the little things.

I spend my free time watching Anime, playing games and making simple meals for the family. I collect Aranzi Aronzo’s Kappa merchandises whenever I travel to Japan.

I like cafe-hopping. Cafe-hopping is one of the best past time in Singapore, at least for me, because I get to sit and chill with my love ones in a comfortable environment, indulge in exquisite food and satisfy my craving for a good cup of tea/coffee. All my favourite things in one place!

I love food and cooking. I love to watch cooking show. It is always fun to get some tips and learn some skills from elites of the F&B industry on how to make great food in a simple way.

Aside from baking, my other passion lies in the arts (baking is also a form of art).

I feel that these days we ingest a lot of information but, yet we put little thoughts in producing creative output from this information. Hence, I often push myself to collate my thoughts and feelings and translate them into words, paintings or bakes.

From helping out my family business at a Café to learning my mother's Nyonya recipe and grandfather's Bak Kwa recipe, I am eager to learn more about food. Therefore, I pursued Pastry Arts, and now I am here in ABC Cooking Studio.

I am constantly working towards mastering my craft and learning from my peers. Nothing gives me more satisfaction and joy than when people are in awe with the product I produced or the knowledge I shared with them.

I studied pastry and bakery arts and had worked in various pastry kitchens for more than 6 years.

When I am not working, I would be into photography, handicraft & tattoos. I have a few tattoos on me, so do not be afraid of me when you attend my class.

I take pleasure from relaxing in one corner, sipping a cup of coffee and having a piece of bread or cake. I love listening to music of all genre except hard metal.
